Sick Trees

Below are the trees in question. This started about 4-5 weeks ago. About a week before this started I was fertilizing my fruit trees with Vigoro citrus plant food 12-5-8 from home depot and I also did these with not even a 1/4 cup about 1-2 foot out from the tree trunk itself. I did notice the leaves were being  turned brown. I have tried to put a lot of water on them in hopes that was the problem. I have also cut back my watering to once a week. I water them from a hose so as to get a lot of it!

They were planted back in nov. of 2009 in memory of one of my 17 yr. old cats that died of cancer and the other one was for a lady that lived next to me had died around the same time. They were bought up from a bank landscape job in south Florida. The bank didn't like them! I have no ideal what kind they are.
